The RF-ELITE axis (RF and printed ELectronics for Telecommunications and Energy) of the XLIM’s electronics cluster consists of two research teams (MINT and ELITE). The common areas of expertise of the two teams rely on the developement of innovative devices using emerging micro and nano technologies based on new processes and integration of functional materials. These activities are supported by the technological resources of the technological and instrumentation platform for optics and microwaves PLATINOM and are conducted in close collaboration with the SPCTS laboratory within the  Labex ∑-LIM laboratory of excellence. We develop original technologies at the national and international levels for innovative solutions and devices in the field of telecommunications, energy, and generally, for low- and high-frequency electronic systems.

The research conducted within the RF-ELITE axis extends from material development up to the realization of RF and optoelectronics devices.
